Shipment and Delivery Policy

Secure delivery: After the visa is approved, we ensure the safe and secure delivery of your documents. Physical documents, if required, are shipped via reliable courier services to your registered address. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment in real time. For electronic visas, the approved visa will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment, ensuring immediate access.

Delivery timelines:
Physical documents: Delivered within 5-25 business days depending on your location and visa type.
Electronic visas: Delivered within 24-48 hours of approval.
Support during delivery: If you face any issues or have questions regarding your shipment, our customer support team is available to assist you with tracking or resolving any delivery concerns.
